Have you applied for the Smith Scholarship in the past? No Yes If yes, when?
The Grace and Walter Byron Smith Scholarship covers 100% of tuition for any ECP course, and is awarded on a first-come, first-served
basis. To be eligible, students must have attended a parochial high school in Illinois for at least one full academic year. Applicants
must submit a completed registration form and this completed Smith Scholarship application form. Students do not need to provide
financial documentation.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Applicants must have attended a parochial high school for a minimum of one year.
2. Applicants must complete and submit the Early College Program registration form and this Smith Scholarship
application form.
