Groups accessing the Senate Chamber are subject to the following:
1. Reservations are available Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. subject to availability.
2. The Secretary of the Senate has disc
retion to approve or reject any reservation request. Reservations may
be cancelled at any tim
e.
3. Space restrictions
may a
pply for large groups.
4. Pro
fessional decorum is expected inside the Senate Chamber at all tim
es.
5. Guests are prohibited from bringing food, gum, candy, or drinks inside the Senate Chamber.
6. Guest
s are prohibited from leaving behind any materials that advocate for or against legislative issu
es.
7. Failu
re to follow the Senate Chamber policies may result in removal from the Senate Chamber or a
reservation cancellation.
