TESTIMONIAL FOR PUBLIC OFFICERS
(Section 111.012, F.S.)
A notice of intent to hold a testimonial in honor or on behalf of any persons holding public office by the person in
charge of such testimonial must be filed with the Division of Elections in the case of a state or multicounty district
officer. Notice must be filed with the Supervisor of Elections in the county in which such officer resides in the case
of any other public officer.
