To allow Owner, Broker or Broker’s photographers/videographers to take photos and/or video of the interior and exterior
of the Property, which may include items belonging to Tenant.
Tenant will be notified at least 24 hours in advance that Owner, Broker or Broker’s photographers/videographers will be taking photos/video
so that Tenant may remove any personal belongings that Tenant wishes to have excluded from photos/video. If such items are not easily
movable, Broker will refrain from photographing/videographing such items. Please specify below any such not easily movable personal
items that Tenant wishes to exclude from the photos/videos:
