Student Non-Use Agreement – Research Contract
I, (herein referred to as “student”), a
student at Tennessee Technological University, do hereby agree that I will not use, sell, assign,
disclose, or in any manner utilize for profitable gain or otherwise, the information developed by
me or others in the course of performing on the contract that is herein disclosed as:
The principal investigator/project director agrees to disclose the aforesaid work on the contract
project to the student only to the extent needed by the student to perform the work assigned. The
student agrees to fully disclose without reservation to the principal investigator/project director
any and all ideas and concepts developed in the process of work performed on the
aforementioned contract.
The NON-USE AGREEMENT has been signed this day of_______________________,
20 , and shall remain in effect until both principals agree under separate assignment
to partially waive certain or all features of this NON-USE AGREEMENT.
