Address Type Definitions:
PR - Permanent Address: This is the primary address on file at Friends University. For most, it is the permanent mailing
address. For traditional students, it is likely the parent’s address. For adult students, it is likely the home address.
MA - Mailing Address (if different than Permanent Address): This is the address that Friends University will use to mail any
necessary documents/information. The mailing address may be a P.O Box or residence other than the Permanent Address. The
Mailing Address does NOT include residence halls or other on-campus facilities.
RH - Residence Life Address: For student living in University Housing, the Residence Life address is where the student lives
and receives mail. This address will be automatically updated when a student is assigned a residence location each Fall, Spring,
and Summer.
All Name Changes require legal documentation of change, which may include:
1.) Social Security Card, 2.) Driver's License, 3.) Passport, 4.) Marriage Certificate, 5.) Divorce Decree, or 6.) Court Order.
