Complete the FVF Parts I, III and IV in its entirety if:
• A portion of your financial support comes from a sponsor (parents, relatives, friends, employer, etc.)
• A financial document, such as a bank account, is in the name of more than one person or entity.
Complete the FVF Parts I and IV in its entirety if:
• Your education and living expenses will be covered by personal funds, an education loan, or by
a scholarship from either Stevens or your Home Government, please complete only Part I and Part IV.
To submit the FVF:
• Upload the FVF form and proof of funds, including all scholarship letters, to your online Application -
Student Portal. Financial Documentation Guidelines may be found on the ISSS website.
Please provide all requested information. If information is missing this will delay the issuance of your I-20.
