Letter of Recommendation Form
The National Science Foundation (NSF) has awarded MCC grants for scholarships and/or transfer preparation
programming (including mentoring, tutoring, campus visits, funded research opportunities) to students
majoring in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math). Programs and/or awards are designed to
recruit, retain, and increase the number of students who earn degrees in STEM fields, particularly those from
populations underrepresented in STEM fields and those with demonstrated financial need.
To the endorser: Please complete this form as your letter of recommendation (Required). You may submit an
additional letter of recommendation using your schools or organizations official letterhead (Op tional ).
