ii. I will not work beyond the duties assigned for any week in which I have one or more
furlough days.

• AY Faculty: Circle 9 Academic Work Days. Saturday class days may be chosen only by faculty who teach them;
the two Saturdays in May that are academic work days may be chosen by any faculty. Choose no more than 1 day
in a week and no more than 2 days in a month.
• 12-Month Faculty: Circle 11 days (12 days including the State Budget Closure Day on 1/4); not restricted to
academic work days.
