Unless I indicate otherwise, this request also pertains to any
Post Enrollment Deferment for which I may be eligible
on my Student PLUS loan(s).
In addition, I request that FedLoan Servicing backdate and/or remove any School Deferment / Post Enrollment Deferment on my
loan(s) on or after this date in accordance with federal regulations that govern student loans. In making this request, I
understand that I am forfeiting federal interest subsidy on my subsidized loan(s) for the period of School Deferment eligibility. I
further understand that I will be allowed a one-time deferment reinstatement option and agree to request and complete the
required paperwork if I choose to reinstate the deferment.
