• Demonstrates community service and involvement
Financial Assistance Scholarships:
• Full-me student
• Sophomore or beyond (only applies to undergraduate students)

• Minimum GPA of 2.5 (C+ average)
• Demonstrates community service and involvement
These are one-year awards for undergraduate and graduate students.
TO AVOID DISQUALIFICATION, PLEASE COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR
THE AWARD YOU ARE SEEKING.
A COMPLETE APPLICATION CONTAINS:
Undergraduate:
Completed applicaon form including personal statement
Three (3) leers of recommendaon ( must not be dated earlier than January 2020)
Ocial transcript(s) from all colleges that you have aended with cumulave GPA listed please
open, scan, and add as an aachment.
Financial Needs Analysis (if applying for a nancial needs award)
Graduate:
Completed applicaon form
Documentaon of Project/Research, scholarly pursuit etc. (Two (2) double spaced typewrien pages max.)
Three leers of recommendaon (must not be dated earlier than January 2020)
