Leisure Cards Required
All participants are required to have a leisure card to participate. A leisure card is $1.00, lasts for three years and now comes in
the form of a key tag. Participants will need to fill out a “Participation Information Form” and show I.D. in order to create or update
their account.
Drop-In Sports
Schiller’s Drop-in sports for Fall 2 Session are Badminton, Pickle Ball and Volleyball.
• You must first register for a Fall 1 Session Drop-in Sports Pass (either online or by phone) and then register for the days
and time slots open on our schedule, in order to participate.
• Anyone that held a Drop-In Sports Pass at the time of our closing, will receive a coupon for one free Drop-In Session
Pass, whenever they choose to start again.

• All participants must fill out a Participant Waiver Form before participating in the community center.
Fitness Rooms
• Our Cardio and Weight Rooms are open for participants who have a current Fitness Pass.
• Members will need to pre-register for 90 minute time blocks to reserve time in either our cardio or Weight Rooms.
o Members are not allowed to use both by signing up for just one room. If you would like use of both rooms
during a 90 minute block, you must register for both the Cardio and Weight rooms during the same 90
minute block.
• Good hygiene is required prior to using the Weight or Cardio Rooms at Schiller, however, our locker room and
shower facilities are unavailable until further notice.

• All members must complete an updated waiver form. Click HERE to get the UPDATED Fitness Participation Waiver.
o Please bring with you to your first workout session.
IMPORTANT: SAFETY PROTOCOL AND HEALTH SCREENINGS
• Only registered participants and staff are allowed in the building.
• All participants must fill out a Participant Waiver Form before participating in the community center.
• All registered participants must have their temperature taken outside, answer the safety guideline screening questions and will
be signed in by a CRPD staff person before entering.
o Formal registration process allows for recordkeeping in case of contact tracing
• All registered participants must either use hand sanitizer or wash their hands in the restroom upon entering the building.
o Stand-alone hand & wall-mount hand sanitizing dispensers are available in classrooms and high use areas
• 17 and under participants will be escorted to their class by their instructor or activity monitor.
o No parents are allowed in for Elementary or Teen classes
• PK Classes: Only one parent allowed per preschooler in classes age 3-5. No siblings allowed.
• Maintain 6’ social distancing.
• Masks required by all staff and by all participants, inside the building, except in specific instances for Fitness.
• When applicable, classes will be conducted outside, where greater social distancing can occur and participants and staff can
doff their masks.
• Immediately after class, participants will be escorted out of the building by their instructor and are not allowed to linger in
hallways.
• Formal communication and closure process will be implemented in the instance of positive COVID test for staff or participants
