for the event.
The City of Gustavus requires that you bag and remove trash from the Park and during the off
season, asks that you clean the restroom facilities at the close of your function. A restroom key
and cleaning supplies can be checked out from City Hall.
I hereby agree to comply with all Park use rules and agree to leave the Park clean and in a
condition equal to or better than before use. I further agree to hold the City of Gustavus harmless
as a result of our use of this public facility and provide proof of event insurance, when required,
at least 7 days before the event.

Salmon River Park
Park and Facility Rules
• No person may deface, disfigure, damage, tamper with, displace or remove any building,
structure, table, bench, fireplace, sign, notice, vegetation, or placard in the park.
• No driving on park grass
• No parking on private property
• No person may cut, pick or damage trees, flowers or other vegetation in the park.
• No person may camp in a tent or RV in the park.
• No person may discharge fireworks.
• Animals must be on a leash or under restraint, and the owner shall immediately collect
and properly dispose of the feces.
• No person may have an open fire or camp stove unless in a designated area.
• No person may sell alcohol in the park unless they have provided the City of Gustavus
with proof of event insurance, and they have an alcohol permit at least 7 days prior to
the event.
• Remove ALL trash and during the off season, we ask that you clean the bathroom at the
close of your event. A key and cleaning supplies are available at City Hall.
