I understand that any cases originated by the PAP or UBOS team will be subject to a 50/50 split,
[No Split on Roth Conversion (IA)]. I understand that if I am unable to fulfill duties as a SYNCIS
coordinator, I will be assigned one and a match up may be involved. I understand that it is my
responsibility as an agent to ask ahead of time what the percentages will be.

SYNCIS Coordinator Responsibilities:
Opening Appointment,
Collecting TA Application,
PFC and Tax Returns,
Communication needed between UBOS/PAP and client.
Cooridinatar match up will be from SYNCIS portion, and will be done on SYNCIS Trade Desk
submission form.
*SYNCIS Agent/FD/SFD may be a coordinator if they can fulfill duties of coordinator listed above.
If FVC feels that agent can not fufill duties as described above, a coordinator wil be assigned.
