IMPORTANT NOTICES:
- For special room set-ups, furniture arrangements, stages, etc. indicate below, complete the
Facilities Set-Up Request Form (available at the College Center Office), or call 564-5027.
- For food service, contact Chartwells at 564-2229.
- For security personnel, contact University Police at 564-2022.
- Personnel of the SUNY Plattsburgh Technical Production Crew are required to be present for all
events, performances, and rehearsals.
- Fee Structure:
o On campus groups are responsible only for the payroll of the personnel managing the
auditorium and technical equipment
o Off campus groups are responsible for personnel charges, facility rentals, and
equipment rentals
- No food or drink is permitted in the venue at any time.
- Additional classrooms for green room use at Giltz Auditorium must be reserved through the
Registrar’s Office at 564-5108
o Hawkins Hall Rooms 135, 137, 141, and 143 are located behind the backstage entrance.
