I will be enrolled as: Undergraduate

Federal Student Aid eligibility is determined by the aid you have available in the 2019-20 academic year in the Summer I, Summer III, Summer IV,
and Summer V terms. Federal student aid may include Pell Grants, TEACH grants, and/or direct loans (subsidized, unsubsidized, Parent PLUS,
Graduate PLUS). Aid eligibility is determined by your level of enrollment in each individual session. Federal student loans require students be enrolled
at least half-time. For Undergraduates, half-time is a minimum of 3 credits during the 6 week sessions, or 5 credits during the 12 week session. For
Graduates, half-time is a minimum of 2 credits during the 6 week sessions, or 3 credits during the 12 week session.
**Summer II aid eligibility is part of the 2020-21 academic year. You must submit the 2020-21 FAFSA and complete verification before you are eligible
to receive any federal student aid in the Summer II term.
Florida Bright Futures Scholars may be eligible for funding in Summer 2020. To be eligible for funding in Summer 2020, Academic and Medallion
Scholars must: 1) be eligible for funding in the 2019-20 academic year; 2) enroll in a minimum of 6 credits in all summer sessions combined; dropping
below 6 credits before all terms have started nullifies your eligibility; 3) students may receive a maximum of 45 credits of Bright Futures funding in one
academic year; 4) graduate students maximum payment is 15 credits for the summer term(s), 5) funding is provided by the State for a maximum of
120 credits. (Students who are new to UT during the Summer sessions prior to July 1, rather than the Fall, may receive the Bright Futures funding
once eligibility is determined by the state.)
Your Financial Aid Counselor will first award any grant and scholarship aid for the summer terms in which you enroll (like the federal Pell grant or
Florida Bright Futures Academic Scholarship), if you are eligible. Loans will be administered only upon your request on this form.
