WHEREAS application has been made to this court in writing by you as trustee for license to sell
the following described real or personal property of the trust estate:

WHEREAS notice having been given and hearing held, if required by statue and the rules of probate
proceeding;
NOW THEREFORE, the Court makes the following findings with respect to the application:
1. The trust owns real estate in fee simple (or the interest of the trust is ___________________.)
2. The proposed sale is beneficial or necessary because __________________________________.
3. The trustee has given bond with sufficient surety and has sworn that ______________ will sell
the estate in a manner as will be most beneficial to the estate, and all other requirements of law

aforesaid and the trustee is licensed and empowered to sell and convey at private sale or public
auction; and, if sold at public auction, notice shall be given as follows:
