PETITION FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
COMES NOW the Petitioner, ______________________________,
action against the Respondent, ___________________________, states:
1. At the time of the filing of this Petition (check one):

5. Prior to the marriage, Petitioner acquired separate property. Petitioner requests that this
Court award the separate property to him/her.

Court equitably divide the marital property between the parties.
7. During the marriage, the parties accumulated debt. Petitioner requests that this Court
equitably divide the debt between the parties.
