ENROLLMENT PLAN
Please complete and submit the attached form to inform us of your enrollment plans, particularly
for the next semester. For your reference, assignments to segments are made with priority as
follows: first priority to full-time graduate students, second priority to part-time graduate students,
third priority to returning graduate students. If, after the advance deposit deadline has passed, seats
are still available, they may be secured by late deposits on a first-come, first-served basis.
Planned Segment Offerings: Segment listings below are subject to change. Students must have completed at
least one other segment before enrolling in the History segment.
FALL
Annapolis:
Literature and Mathematics & Natural Science will be offered every fall.
Santa Fe:
Philosophy & Theology and Politics & Society will be offered every fall. History will
be every odd year and Mathematics & Natural Science will be every even year.
SPRING
Annapolis:
Philosophy & Theology and Politics & Society will be offered every spring. History
will be offered every even year.
Santa Fe:
Literature will be offered every spring. History will be offered every odd year and
Mathematics & Natural Science will be offered every even year.
SUMMER
Annapolis:
Odd years: Philosophy & Theology, Literature, and History.
Even years: Mathematics & Natural Science and Politics & Society.
Santa Fe:
Mathematics & Natural Science, Literature, Philosophy & Theology, and Politics &
Society. History will be offered every even year and Mathematics & Natural Science
will be offered every odd year. (Two to four of the segments listed will be offered. Please check
with the Santa Fe GI Office for confirmation.)
$250 Advance Deposit: To secure initial enrollment in an upcoming semester, the $250 advance deposit is due
in the College’s Business Office by the deadline posted on the College website.
Tuition & Fees Payment: To guarantee enrollment in an upcoming semester, in addition to the advance
deposit, tuition and fees should be paid in full in the College’s Business Office by the due date posted on the
College website.
Financial Aid: Application for financial aid should be made online at fafsa.ed.gov. The federal code for
Annapolis is 002092; for Santa Fe, it is 002093. For questions, contact the Financial Aid Office at 410-626-2503.
Transfer Between Campuses: Students must be in good academic and financial standing to be eligible to
submit an Intercampus Transfer form to both Graduate Institute Offices at both campuses. Students who apply to
transfer within fewer than 60 days before the beginning of the upcoming semester will forfeit $50 of their advance
deposit. Visit the GI webpage or contact the GI Office for an Intercampus Transfer Form.
Part-Time Enrollment: Part-time enrollment is only possible in special circumstances and with approval from
the Associate Dean. Once approved, please indicate on page two which courses you desire and when you wish to
enroll. Part-time enrollment may disqualify you from receiving financial aid. In addition, changing to part-time or
dropping courses may jeopardize your health insurance coverage through the College.
