The Building Code plan review process has been waived, for plans sealed by a licensed
Delaware Architect/Engineer. Any code violations discovered during the course of
inspections by the Sussex County Building Code Office or their agents will be corrected prior
to obtaining inspection approval. Plan review and approvals may still be required for
compliance with other departments and agencies, such as Planning & Zoning, DelDOT,
D.N.R.E.C., County Engineer Department, etc.
The undersigned Contractor agrees and acknowledges that the building plans were not
reviewed by the Building Code Office.
