GRADUATE STANDING CONTINUATION APPROVAL FORM
Students are required to be enrolled every fall and spring term. If there is nothing that you need to take, you do not meet the conditions for a Temporary
Withdrawal from Graduate Studies, and you are not yet ready to graduate and therefore need to remain active as a student, then you should register for this
zero-credit course. This course will designate a student as less than half-time only. It may not be used in conjunction with other courses, and it will not qualify
you for loans or loan deferment. The department must submit this form to the Graduate School after signing their approval. The Graduate School will register
the student for the course. As of the Spring 2016 term permission numbers should no longer be provided for continuation courses. A course fee of $100 will
be charged. This form is due in the Graduate School no later than the last day of registration for Session 1 in the requested term of enrollment. If
