Requirements for the Baccalaureate Minor in Political Science
The minor in political science is designed to give students a strong background in the primary specializations
within the discipline: government, comparative politics, international relations, public policy, and political
behavior. It encompasses sufficient coursework to allow graduates the opportunity to pursue post-baccalaureate
study in political science, public administration, law and related fields, and can be pursued in combination with
any baccalaureate major. It is also an excellent addition to any secondary education program.
