lender approval letter for the new financing type, or proof of funds for cash. Also, if changing to FHA 203(b)
repair escrow (or increasing the escrow amount), repair bids supporting the requested escrow amount must
be submitted along with the lender approval letter.

then the buyer will be responsible for reimbursing any and all costs of the Termite Inspection
(including any treatments and clearance) and/or LBP testing (including any stabilization).
