By signing, I certify that I understand and meet all eligibility requirements to request an admission application fee waiver.
ECONOMIC NEED: The student must meet one of the following indicators of economic need and provide the listed documentation.
Student has applied for federal financial aid by submitting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
and has an Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) of $5,730 or less. Student must provide a copy of his/her most
recent Student Aid Report (SAR) from the US Department of Education. You can download a copy of your most
recent SAR by logging into the FAFSA website at fafsa.gov.
Stu
dent and/or student’s family receives public assistance. Examples may include, but are not limited to: food
stamps, unemployment benefits, housing assistance, and disability assistance. A benefits summary that includes
the student’s name and dated within the last six months must be provided as supporting documentation.
Student is homeless. A confirmation from staff of an emergency shelter or transitional housing program funded
by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development must be provided as supporting documentation.
Student is part of a federal TRiO program sponsored by the US Department of Education for low-income
students, first generation students or disabled students. A statement from your TRiO coordinator or advisor must
confirm your participation in the program and eligibility for support services.
