*Any and all movies shown require Public Viewing Rights. Unsure how to obtain them? Just ask!
**Beer served must be from the Underground itself. No outside alcoholic beverages can be brought in.
Things to remember:
All participants must bring their State IDs and COW Cards. Non-college patrons must be signed in by a
student.
Those under the age of 21 will be marked as such.
No rentals can occur during a Sunday.
This form must be turned in to Melissa Garcia de la Noceda, Program Coordinator for Lowry Center &
Student Activities. Forms can be submitted through email or physically brought to the Campus Life Office
(Lower level of Lowry Center). A form should be submitted no later than 2 weeks before the preferred
date of an event.This form is not a guarantee for the use of the Underground. Once this form has been
processed, you will receive communications about approval from Melissa Garcia de la Noceda.
