1. The landlord and tenant/s agree to the following variation/s to the above residential
tenancy agreement.

The landlord and tenant/s acknowledge that the landlord c
an claim a rebate from the
NSW Government towards rent that is waived from 14 July 2021 up to an amount of
$3000 or the amount waived, whichever is lower.
3. The landlord cannot seek payment from the tenant/s for the amount paid by way of
rebate.
4. The tenant/s agrees to notify the agent/landlord if their financial circumstances change
during the period of this agreement.
5. The terms of this agreed variation may be extended or varied with the agreement of both
the landlord and tenant/s.
