Method of Determining Proposed Rents
The two acceptable methods of determining proposed rents:
Eligible market studies should be completed no more than 6 months from the submittal of this form.
Eligible comparables must be submitted to document the proposed rents. Submittal requirements are as follows:
Attach three (3) recent apartment
comparables and complete the required excel form,
• Comparables must be no more than 3 square miles from the subject property,
• Comparables must include apartment units that are similar in size, amenities, and quality.
