Charge for a single room is $65 extra. Single rooms are limited, so please get your form in early. Supervisor approval
must be obtained prior to requesting a single room and the extra cost will be added to your coding provided above. If a single
room is due to bringing a family member/spouse, the extra cost of $65 must be paid by the registrant.
