The VA will not pay for repeated courses, unless a grade of C” or better is required to meet a
prerequisite, or a grade of W, NC, or F was received.

If I change my major and or transfer school, I will need to have a NEW Veterans Educational Plan filled out
by a counselor and will have to submit a Change of Program Form VA 22-1995.

I have to verify my enrollment at the end of each month with the VA by using the VA’s website via the
WAVE program. (Not applicable to Chapter 35 or Chapter 33).

I must maintain passing grades, maintain a 2.00 GPA and may be put on probation or be dismissed if my
GPA is below a 2.00. (See Probation Policy in college catalog).

If I receive an “F” grade in any of my courses, I will have to sign a letter stating whether this was earned
or as a result of not attending the class.

Under Chapter 33 Post 9/11, individuals only enrolled in distance learning courses will be eligible for
a monthly housing allowance equal to 50% of the national average of all Basic Allowances for Housing.

Chapter 33 (Post 9/11) Recipients: You are responsible for all debts resulting from reductions or terminations of your enrollment, even if the
payment was submitted directly to the school on your behalf. The VA will not pay for courses you don’t attend, courses from
which you
withdraw, or courses you completed but received a grade which will not count towards graduation.
