Students are responsible for ensuring that requesting the Pass/No Credit option will not negatively impact their graduation, athletics, scholarships
or nancial aid, and visa status (ISSS).

Pass/No Credit courses will appear on the transcript with a grade of P or NC. These grades do not count in the computation of the GPA. Only
courses noted as P will receive credit.
Undergraduate (P/NC): If the P/NC grade type is selected, a P will replace standard grades A through D. A NC will replace the standard grade of F.
Graduate (P/NC): If the P/NC grade type is selected, a P will replace standard grades A-C. A NC will replace standard grades D and F.
Courses with a grade of NC will need to be repeated.
The P/NC grade type is not available for Incomplete (I) grades, courses that already have a P/F or S/U grading mode, or AVF courses.
Graduating students must still meet the minimum GPA degree requirements to graduate:
» 2.00 Cumulative GPA for Undergraduates
» 3.00 Cumulative and Program GPA for Masters
» 3.00 Cumulative and 3.20 Program GPA for PhD
