I request that the Louisiana Real Estate Commission issue my real estate license in
the inactive status. I understand that I cannot engage in any real estate activity
requiring an active real estate license during the period in which my license is in the
inactive status and that I will be required to renew my inactive license on an annual
basis and pay renewal fees as prescribed. I further understand that the Commission
Rules and Regulations require that I fulfill the post licensing education requirement
and any additional continuing education required by law prior to transferring my
inactive license to the active status.
