REQUEST FOR BULK DISTRIBUTION OF COURT INFORMATION
Please accept this request for Bulk Distribution in accordance with Arkansas Supreme Court
Administrative Order 19 Section VI (C).
This request is for information stored on computers maintained by the Administrative Office of
the Courts (AOC). Requester understands and agrees to comply with the requirements of
Administrative Order 19 governing access to court records. Mail request to Administrative
Office of the Courts, 625 Marshall Street, Justice Building, Little Rock, AR 72201.
Attached hereto are two (2) executed duplicate originals of the “Bulk Records License
Agreement” and a check in the amount of $1,200 for the account setup fee and first month of
service. LICENSEE understands that upon approval of the licensing agreement LICENSEE is
required to deposit with AOC a performance bond in the form of a Corporate Surety Bond or
irrevocable letter of credit from a federally insured financial institution in accordance with
Section V(B) of the Licensing Agreement.
Attached hereto are two (2) executed duplicate originals of the “Bulk Records License

service. LICENSEE is an agency of the State of Arkansas and shall not be required to deposit a
performance bond with AOC in accordance with Section V(B) of the Licensing Agreement.
Requester is an agency of the State of Arkansas and requests a waiver of the license
requirement. Requester shall not be required to deposit a performance bond with AOC in
accordance with Section V(B) of the Licensing Agreement.
