City of Troy is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure,
we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
A residential or mobile homeowner who completes this form shall be entitled to the return of his/her deposit
provided that timely and full payment was made for each and every utility bill in the consecutive 12-month period
immediately preceding the filing of this written request.
