andemployees,includinganyAlcoholicBeverageInspectorandanyCountySheriff,deputy,
or municipal police officer, to inspect and search, without a warrant, the premises where
thebusinessistobeconductedandanyandallpartsofsuchbuilding(s)orstructuresatany
andallhours,andthatanyevidencediscoveredduringanysuchlawfulinspectionorsearch
shallbeadmissibleinanyprosecutionforviolationofChapter 11, Talbot County Code,
includinganyhearingforrevocation,suspension,orrestrictionoftheLicense.
