ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION
INSTRUCTIONS AND EXPLANATION
1. ATTACH A COPY OF YOUR EXISTING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE. THIS APPLICATION
CANNOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A COPY OF YOUR EXISTING LICENSE.
2. BY YOUR SIGNATURE ON THIS RENEWAL APPLICATION, YOU ARE VERIFYING UNDER OATH,
SUBJECT TO THE PENALTIES OF PERJURY, THAT THE FOLLOWING FACTS ARE EITHER
UNCHANGED, OR, IF ANY CHANGES HAVE OCCURRED, THAT ALL SUCH CHANGES HAVE BEEN
CLEARLY AND COMPLETELY IDENTIFIED ON THIS RENEWAL APPLICATION:
(a) the name, street address, and telephone numbers of all Licensees;
(b) the name of the corporation/business entity operating under the License;
(c) the business address and mailing address of the corporation/business entity operating under the License;
(d) that the corporation/business entity operating under the License is and continues to be duly authorized to
possess and occupy the premises for which the License is issued (the “Premises”);
(e) that the owner of the Premises has given written consent:
(i) to this Renewal Application; and,
(ii) issuance of an Alcoholic Beverage License for the Premises in the Class that this Renewal
Application requests; and,
(iii) to the Comptroller of the State of Maryland, his duly authorized deputies, and inspectors, and to the
Talbot County Board of Liquor License Commissioners, its duly authorized agents and employees,
including any Alcoholic Beverage Inspector and any County Sheriff, deputy, or municipal police
officer, to inspect and search, without a warrant, the premises where the business is to be conducted
and any and all parts of the such building(s) or structures at any and all hours, and that any evidence
discovered during any such lawful inspection or search shall be admissible in any prosecution for
violation of Chapter 11, Talbot County Code, including any hearing for revocation, suspension, or
restriction of the License.
(f) that the information required for lawful issuance of an Alcoholic Beverage License by Talbot County
Code § 11-9, License application filing requirements, remains unchanged, or, that any such changes
have been clearly and completely identified on this Renewal Application;
(g) that the criteria required for lawful issuance of an Alcoholic Beverage License by Talbot County Code §
11-9, License application filing requirements, remains unchanged, or that any such changes have been
clearly and completely identified on this Renewal Application;
3. THE APPLICANT REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT THIS RENEWAL APPLICATION COMPLIES
WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS, PROVISIONS, TERMS, CONDITIONS AND CRITERIA OF THE TALBOT
COUNTY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ORDINANCE AND WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATE AND
FEDERAL CODES, REGULATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS. FURTHER, THE APPLICANT AGREES
TO PROVIDE SUCH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OR DOCUMENTATION, AND TO EXECUTE AND
DELIVER SUCH OTHER AND FURTHER DOCUMENTS AS MAY BE REASONABLY REQUIRED TO
PROCESS THIS RENEWAL APPLICATION OR TO ISSUE THE LICENSE REQUESTED.
