The Primary Advisor and Industry Partner (or nominee) must complete this review, other
Advisory Panel members may also contribute if considered necessary or appropriate.
What needs to be done?
The Primary Advisor and Industry Partner (or nominee) should undertake their review of
the Candidate’s internship report
and complete this section as a joint review. However, if
this is not possible due to location or schedule, separate reports may be submitted by
each assessor. If necessary, additional feedback can be provided in a document
attached to this form.
If there is disagreement between the assessors, separate reviews may be completed
and the issues raised must be noted in an additional document attached to this form.
