") accounts specified above, in accordance with the conditions set out in this document:
1. My appointment of an Attorney and any actions taken by my Attorney are governed by the Operation of Account Agreement which both my
Attorney and I have read and agree to be bound by. My appointment of an Attorney will not, unless I specifically direct otherwise, revoke any
existing power of attorney;
2. RBC Direct Investing is hereby authorized to accept and act upon the instructions of such Attorney with respect to the purchase and sale of
securities on my behalf, on margin or otherwise, including the instructions of such Attorney to debit the account at Royal Bank or Royal Trust
designated by me in writing from time to time, to transfer money between my Accounts and my Royal Bank or Royal Trust accounts, unless
prohibited by Securities Regulations.
3. I authorize RBC Direct Investing Inc. to grant the Attorney access to any and all Account Documentation, as defined in the Operation of Account
Agreement, and by signing below acknowledge that the Attorney shall have such access upon acceptance of this Trading Authorization until such
time as it is terminated as set out below.
4. I agree that the foregoing instruction shall remain in full force and effect until notification to the contrary has been received in writing and duly
acknowledged by RBC Direct Investing, and until such notification in writing has been given and acknowledged by me, all that the Attorney shall do
or purport to do by virtue hereof is fully ratified and confirmed;
5. I expressly agree that all such transactions handled by RBC Direct Investing are at my risk and I undertake to hold RBC Direct Investing harmless
and indemnify RBC Direct Investing from all costs, damages and losses, including legal costs, arising out of any such transactions.
I am aware that if my Attorney answers YES to either question 2 or 3 on page 2, I am aware of my obligation to report purchases or sales and possible
restrictions on trading these securities according to applicable legislation.
