Software (QSW-RPT-SU)
This software license enables your Quantum
system’s web-based software interface —
Quantum Vue — to record and analyze occupancy
sensor data and provide reports that:
• Allow facility teams to understand when and how
often spaces are occupied
• Maximize the usage of their existing floorspace by
re-purposing unused spaces
• Make smarter decisions on the types of spaces to
add when expanding or re-purposing building real
estate
• Improve the efficiency of building operations such as
cleaning and maintenance by scheduling activities
during times of low occupancy
Space Utilization Reports for Entire Building
or Areas:
• Track the percentage of areas with sensors that are
currently occupied
• View occupancy history using charts and bar graphs
• Create custom occupancy history reports for
selected areas, floors, etc.
• Filter data by working hours or non-working hours
• Define time range of working hours
• Sort occupancy history data by area type
• View space utilization data on the Quantum Vue
graphical floorplan
Specifications:
The resolution of occupancy data is determined by
the occupancy sensor timeout. Default occupancy
sensor timeout values are:
• Lutron Radio Powr Savr wireless XCT occupancy
sensors – 15 minutes
• Lutron Wired PIR or Dual Tech occupancy sensors –
8 minutes
If additional sensor timeout values are added in
Quantum Vue, the resolution of occupancy data will
be affected.

• Quantum Total Light Management system (version
3.2 or above)
• Lutron Q-Manager server (can be supplied by
Lutron or by customer)
• See the following specifications for Q-Manager
server requirements (to view online, click on the
individual model numbers below):
– QS-A-CMP-S-0: Lutron-provided standard server
– QS-A-CMP-R-0: Lutron-provided high reliability
server
– QS-A-CMP-SBO-0: Customer-provided server
– QS-A-CMP-VSBO-0: Customer-provided virtual
server
• Lutron occupancy/vacancy sensor(s) in all areas for
which space utilization data is desired
Licenses Required
• QSW-QVS-L, QSW-QVS-LS, QSW-QVS-S:
One Quantum Vue software license is required for
each Quantum processor in the system.
• QSW-RPT-SU: One space utilization reports license
is required for each Quantum processor in the
system.
