We’ve put together a checklist of things to do to ensure you get off to a good start at Purdue University Global.

PREP WORK
Register for and complete your Purdue Global orientation.
Register for your classes and order any required books.
Review attendance policies and make time in your schedule to study.
CLASS READINESS
Make sure your computer is ready and that you have all the required software.
Log in to Purdue Global Campus and tour around the virtual campus.
Familiarize yourself with the online classroom, the seminar tool, and your Purdue Global email.
Use the preview period to access your classes, review the syllabus, map out assignments,
and get ready for class a few days before your start date.
YOUR PROGRAM
Ensure you understand your degree plan and the courses you will need to complete to graduate.
Complete any program-specic requirements before your start date.
SUPPORT SERVICES
Connect with your Student Advisor if you have any additional questions.
Visit the various support centers (Academic Success Center, Purdue Global Library, and Career
Services) and review all available resources.
PAYING FOR SCHOOL
If seeking nancial aid, complete all required steps to secure funding.
If paying by cash, understand how to access your account balance and how to make payments.
Understand how to access your student account.
TRANSFER CREDIT
If transferring credits from a prior college, complete all required steps to have credits evaluated.
If seeking credit for prior work experience, start the process to have experience evaluated.
GET INVOLVED
Become a member of our social communities.
Review all the student organizations to nd ways to get involved outside of the classroom.
