1. identify the courses that have been transferred or applied to your current program of study,
2. identify courses you still need in order to complete your program, or,
3. have your official (or unofficial) transcripts from other schools evaluated to determine possible transfer of credit.

I would like to have an evaluation completed before I decide if I want to submit an application to Global University’s graduate
program. NOTE: A $35 credit may be applied to your student account if you submit a graduate-level application within 90 days
along with a copy of your $35 degree audit receipt.
Current Student
NOTE: If you have recently submitted an application to GU, you do not need to submit this request. A degree audit will be
completed upon receipt of your application and official transcripts.
