NSU donates and transfers to the recipient in “AS IS” CONDITION WITH ALL
FAULTS AND DEFECTS, the following personal property:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD each and every item listed above, or in the attached donated
equipment listing, to the recipient, its successors and assigns forever.
NSU hereby warrants that (I) NSU is the lawful owner of the property listed above, (II)
NSU has good and lawful right to donate the same, (III) the title to such property is free
from any encumbrance, and (IV) NSU will defend said title against the lawful claims of
all person whomsoever.
In Witness Whereof, NSU has caused this instrument to be executed in its name by a
duly authorized representative.
Upon retirement of equipment, recipient is responsible for proper disposal in accordance
with environmental regulations.
