ORDER MODIFYING BONDS
AND IMPOSING BOND CONDITIONS
This day the Defendant,
, came to be heard before me
with his attorney and in the presence of the State through the County Attorney. The Defendant, after having
demonstrated to me his/her desire to participate in PROJECT ENGAGE, the misdemeanor youth offender
program of Travis County, has executed an Agreement of Participation and has agreed to appear in court as
ordered and to fully participate in counseling and treatment as recommended. It is therefore ordered that the
Defendant’s BOND in the above numbered cause is MODIFIED.
Further,
_______ The Court orders that as a condition of bond the defendant comply with all
conditions agreed to under the Youth Offender Program.
_______ The Court orders that as a condition of bond the defendant appear monthly and
whenever scheduled.
________ The Court orders that as a condition of bond the defendant shall be supervised
by the Travis County Pretrial Services office and appear before the Officer monthly and
as directed.
________ The Court orders that as a condition of bond the defendant shall make
restitution to the State’s complaining witness, if any is owed.
________ The Court orders that as a condition of bond the Defendant shall be employed
suitably and/or be enrolled in an academic institution.
________The Court orders that as a condition of bond the Defendant shall refrain from
drugs or alcohol and any criminal activity. l.
________The Court orders that as a condition of bond the Defendant shall undergo
service to the community as ordered by the Court.
