Professional Code of Ethics Complaint Form
CAI awards qualified professionals with credentials in order to improve the quality and
effectiveness of community association management. The following credentials are awarded by
CAI: Association Management Specialist (AMS), Large-Scale Manager (LSM), Professional
Community Association Manager (PCAM), Reserve Specialist (RS) and Community Insurance
and Risk Management (CIRMS). The following company accreditation is awarded by CAI:
Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC).
OVERVIEW
All of our credentials are voluntarily earned and maintained by community association
professionals and management companies. An individual or management company holding an
active CAI credential has committed to uphold the Professional Code of Ethics. If you believe a
individua l or management company holding an active CAI credential has not upheld one or more
components of the Professional Code of Ethics, you may file a complaint by using the form
below.
To file a complaint against a designee or accredited company holding one of the credentials listed
above, please provide the information requested below.

documents when submitted enable the Ethics Committee and CAI Staff to abide by the prescribed
