As a financial sponsor for a student, you are being asked to confirm your ability and willingness to pay for a student’s
expenses during their studies at NAU. This form must accompany a bank statement or letter from the bank. Please note
the following:
1.
The sponsor’s name must appear on the financial documents and match the name on this form.
2.
Only checking, savings, and cash accounts are acceptable. Investments such as retirement accounts, mutual
funds, insurance, and other investments cannot be used.
3.
The financial statement must be no older than 6 months.
