and the actions of the members of my party are within the bounds of and comply with the Statutes and
Constitution of the Student Government Association and the rules and regulations of Wichita State
University.

the Vice President of the _____________________________________________ party for the 2019-2020
Student Government Association general election. I accept responsibility for ensuring that my actions and
the actions of the members of my party are within the bounds of and comply with the Statutes and
Constitution of the Student Government Association and the rules and regulations of Wichita State
University.
I know of no one else having prior claim to the use of this name for a party and declare that if someone has,
I have permission to use it in the election. I agree that before I use or my party uses a candidate’s name in
any way in the campaign, the candidate will have submitted a valid Candidate’s Declaration form and will
have agreed to be affiliated with this party.
I understand that any violation of the Statutes and Constitution of the Student Government Association, the
rules and regulations of Wichita State University, and/or local, state, or federal law can result in a candidate,
candidates, or the entire party being removed from the ballot in this election. I do hereby affirm that I agree
to all of the above information and conditions.
