Pitzer College Monthly Payment Plan Agreement

This Monthly Payment Plan Agreement is a part of the contract between the STUDENT and Pitzer College. Under this contract, it is the primary
responsibility of the STUDENT to pay all tuition, room, board and other fees due to Pitzer. By signing below, the PARENT agrees to be a guarantor
of all tuition, room, board and other fees due to Pitzer College. Nevertheless, the STUDENT is the only person to whom Pitzer owes contractual
obligations and the STUDENT at all times remains primarily responsible to ensure payment to Pitzer of all amounts due on the STUDENT's Pitzer
College student account.
The Monthly Payment Plan is a privilege, which may be revoked for cause. Under the Monthly Payment Plan, all installment payments are due and
payable in full upon receipt of each statement and become delinquent after the 20th day of the month in which they are billed. Delinquent accounts
are subject to a late payment fee of $50 per month. In addition, all past due charges from the previous semester MUST be paid prior to registering for
and attending classes for the next semester.
STUDENT (and, if applicable, PARENT) opts to apply for the Monthly Payment Plan, which is subject to a $50 service charge
(nonrefundable/subject to change annually) per semester. STUDENT promises (and, if applicable, PARENT guarantees) to pay the total for each
semester's tuition, room, board and fees (less financial aid) in four (4) installments per semester, billed on monthly statements beginning in August
and ending in November for the fall semester, and beginning in January and ending in April for the spring semester. (Such installments will be
recalculated each month and may change due to the addition of special fees, miscellaneous charges, credits or changes in financial aid awards).
By signing this Monthly Payment Plan Agreement, the STUDENT (and, if applicable, the PARENT) agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs,
including reasonable attorney fees and collection agency fees, incurred to collect any delinquent accounts. In the event of withdrawal from Pitzer,
refunds will be made in accordance with policy stated in the Pitzer College Catalog.

*A parent or guardian signature is required if a student is under the age of 18 at the time this Monthly Payment Plan Agreement is executed.
Please inform the Pitzer College Student Accounts Office in writing at the address below or via e-mail at student_accounts@pitzer.edu if there are any
changes to the billing name or address. Pitzer will email notification of statement availability to the student. It is up to the student to authorize other
users. The Student Accounts Office will send reminders of upcoming deadlines to the STUDENT through the STUDENT's Pitzer email account. Such
reminders take the form of broadcast emails reminding all students of upcoming deadlines and individualized emails notifying students of any
delinquencies.
This Monthly Payment Plan Agreement will remain in effect for so long as the STUDENT remains enrolled at Pitzer. Pitzer or the STUDENT may
cancel this Agreement for any future semester by giving written notice of cancellation to the other prior to the first billing of the semester.
The enrollment deadline for new enrollees is July 17
th
. Forms received after the enrollment deadline, but prior to July
31
st
will be accepted and assessed a $25 late enrollment fee. Agreements received after the 31
st
will not be honored.
