Conditions
• A major inspection (foundation, floor, frame, or final) must be approved or partially approved within 180 days of
issuance, or a permit will become invalid.
• Permits expire if the work for which the permit is issued is not completed within 720 days.
• A permit extension or reinstatement may be granted at the discretion of the Building Official and for justifiable cause.
• Granting of an extension or reinstatement does not include additional inspections.
• Extension/reinstatement requests for unrelated permits must be submitted separately and will be charged applicable fees.
• Permittee must obtain separate extensions from other departments for related permits and approvals (zoning, engineering
services, parks and recreation, public works, fire prevention, etc.).
• *Fee includes 9.5% Records Management Fee and 5.25% Technology Enhancement Fee
