Park Pavilion Reservation Form
The Rollingwood Park Pavilion is located below the Rollingwood City Hall parking lot in
the lower park near the playscapes.
Reservation Requirements:
• There is a limit of four events per week.
• The pavilion may only be reserved by residents of Rollingwood.
• Reservations are not to exceed 25 children.
• A refundable deposit of $100 is required for all reservations. The deposit must be
in the form of a check made out to the City of Rollingwood. Failure to abide by park
rules may lead to a loss of deposit.
• There are two time slots available for daily rental—10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. or 2:00
p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Events may not extend beyond 5:00 p.m.
• In the event of inclement weather, contact City Hall for a deposit refund.
• A copy of the pavilion/park rules must be signed, dated, and submitted with the
reservation form. Failure to abide by park rules may result in a loss of deposit.
