incomefromallothersources.DocumentyourcalculationssoeHousingPlus or TDHCAstaffcanunderstandhowyou
arrivedatthetotalProgramEligibilityIncome.Includeallincomeunlessspecificallylistedasexcludedonthis
worksheet.

DeterminewhethertheBorrowerreceivesbasepayonlyoracombinationofbasepayandadditionalincomefrom
anemployer.
Calculate“BasePayfromanEmployer”

2. Identifydocumentationneededtosupportpaymentfrequencyandcalculation.
3. ApplyCalculation‐(BaseWagexHoursWorkedinaPayPeriod)x(#ofPayPeriodsPerYear)
4. ThisshouldapproximatetheannualizedYTDonVOEorpaystubs.Ifnot,checkforadditionalpay,suchas
overtime,bonus,shiftdifferential,et
c.(Employersdon'talwaysbreakthisoutontheVOE).
