A Party Wall Agreement in accordance with the Party Wall Act will be in place (will not be
required if you own the adjacent property).
The separating wall(s) between the existing and new properties meet the relevant Building
Regulation requirements.
The existing adjacent foundations and wall structures are suitable to support any proposed
increased loading(s).
The junction of the new and existing wall(s) will be constructed to ensure dampness cannot
enter either of the properties.
An eective damp proof course will be present within any shared wall(s).
Movement joints will be incorporated to allow for limited dierential movement.
