• The separating wall(s) between the existing and new properties meet the relevant Building
Regulation requirements.
• The existing adjacent foundations and wall structures are suitable to support any proposed
increased loading(s).
• The junction of the new and existing wall(s) will be constructed to ensure dampness cannot
enter either of the properties.
• An eective damp proof course will be present within any shared wall(s).
• Movement joints will be incorporated to allow for limited dierential movement.
